Can we do equity instead of cash, or some mix of both?
We're open to hybrid structures for the right fit. We typically do a base retainer in cash to cover operating costs and an equity component proportional to the engagement. We do not do pure equity because the work needs to support our team in real time, but we're happy to explore creative structures with founders who are committed long-term.
