Job Description
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to build and run outbound systems for multiple B2B clients at once, each with its own ideal customer profile and its own bar for what counts as a qualified lead. For one client, a qualified lead might be a verified decision maker with a clear pain point and the right company profile. For another, it might mean a slightly deeper conversation before it's handed off. Either way, the job is the same: find the right people, reach them with something relevant, and deliver only leads that are real. You're not closing deals. Your job ends the moment a lead is delivered and accepted; the client's sales team takes it from there.
Target list & research
Build and maintain target account and contact lists against each client's ICP (industry/vertical, company size or relevant firmographic signals, and specific qualifying criteria defined per client).
Research and verify named decision makers (not generic inboxes) using LinkedIn, business directories, and data providers, confirming the right title and authority for each account.
Keep lists current: refresh weekly as replies come in, accounts get disqualified, or new signals emerge.
Use AI to speed up account and contact research at scale (parsing lists, drafting first-pass firmographic filters), but verify every contact yourself before it goes into an outreach sequence. A wrong or unreachable contact wastes the whole sequence.
Outreach execution
Run personalized, multi-touch outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone that read like a genuine, low-pressure note from someone who did the research, not a hard sell. This is the core skill of the job: people reply to outreach that feels human and respects their time, not to anything that feels like a pitch.
Manage sending infrastructure and inbox health (warmup, deliverability, domain reputation) so outreach actually lands.
Monitor and route replies daily across all channels, not in a weekly batch, and handle any back-and-forth with the same tone: curious and helpful, never pushy.
Qualification & handoff
Qualify every reply against each client's defined lead standard (e.g. verified company, named decision maker with contact details, confirmed role/authority, a specific pain point, and any client-specific criteria such as a minimum company size or deeper discovery conversation).
Log every qualified lead into the shared tracker and the client's CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) with all required fields filled in, in real time, not batched at month's end.
Know the difference between a lead and a sale: your job is to hand off a qualified, real opportunity, not to negotiate or close it.
Reporting & collaboration
Track and report leads delivered against each client's monthly target, response rates, and qualification rates.
Flag underperforming segments, messaging, or infrastructure issues early, and propose adjustments rather than waiting to be asked.
Work with the account lead to stay aligned on each client's evolving ICP, lead definition, and goals.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, SDR/BDR work, or B2B lead generation.
Genuinely strong communication skills, written and verbal: you can open a conversation with a stranger and make it feel natural and worth their time, not like a cold pitch. This matters more than any tool or script.
Proven experience running multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) and managing reply volume without letting things fall through the cracks.
Comfortable with research tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, data providers) and outreach/email infrastructure tools (e.g. Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, or similar).
Experience logging and tracking leads in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong attention to detail: able to apply a defined qualification standard consistently, even under volume pressure.
Comfortable managing multiple client accounts at once, each with a different ICP, lead definition, and tone.
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to speed up research, drafting, and reporting, as a starting point you then shape yourself, not a replacement for your own judgment, voice, or verification.
Strong written Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Nice to have
Experience generating leads for Tech, Manufacturing, or Construction B2B companies.
Experience with technical or IT-adjacent products (device management, security, SaaS) and speaking credibly to IT, operations, or procurement buyers.
Cold outreach copywriting experience.
Experience working agency-side across multiple concurrent client accounts.

Starting salary: Rp 6,500,000/month, based on experience, plus standard employment benefits (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, etc.).
